We kindly ask our guests
to observe the following house rules:

  • No smoking inside the house. Smoking is welcome outdoors, but please take extra care due to the risk of fire in the summer.
  • No pets.
  • No parties or events.
  • Please respect our neighbours and keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm
  • Please rinse yourself off before using the pool to help reduce the need for pool chemicals. No glass in o
  • Please use the air conditioning responsibly and switch off lights and air conditioning when leaving the house.

Before Departure:

  • Check-out is no later than 11:00 am
  • Close and lock all doors and windows. Close all shutters
  • Switch off lights, air conditioning, and other electrical appliances
  • Remove all personal food from the refrigerator and freezer.
  • Dispose of all rubbish, including glass, plastic, and cardboard
  • Clean the barbecue after use
  • If you have used the fireplace, please leave it clean
  • Place used towels together in the bathroom
  • Return all keys as instructed

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund
30–60 days before arrival: 50% refund
Less than 30 days before arrival: No refund

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the house, furniture, or equipment during
their stay.
Lost keys will be charged to the guest.
Swimming in the pool is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
The owner cannot be held liable for accidents, theft, injury, or loss occurring during
the stay
